Had a fault with my water heater, got the caravan booked in (in a very reasonable time frame for the time of year!) and fault diagnosed, tested and fixed in 3 days. Because of the test they found an additional fault that was hidden. Called me and advised and sorted that too. Thoroughly recommended!

Martin, Nestor, and John have worked on our caravan gas fire, and and the fridge gas side of it, put right what others we paid good money to put right,the gas fires thermcoupler was faulty not pick up by a very recent service, the same persons from the Donnington area on the full service did not use one shot nuts on the breaking system, also failed to notify me the hand break was missing the gas strut, a safety part of the caravan system, I have challenged the person over the incorrect fitting of a brand new thermcoupler sited over the heater parts of the fridge, a fire risk, reply from the gas certificated person, I have been in this job for a great number of years, I know what I'm doing, my opinion playing a dangerous game, it's gas. Thank you Martin and John for the great work done and made our gas fire and fridge safe to use, my wife and I were very generous to those who have recently supposedly serviced our caravan must have mugs tattooed on our foreheads, once again many thanks, Len and Doreen Jones

What a fantastic service Beesmart leisure Martin and the team gave us today! We was on holiday when we had problem with our caravan toilet. Glossop caravans was contacted at 10.00am and arranged for Beesmart Leisure to come and look at problem, by 2.00pm everything was working. So a big thank you to all concerned.

I called last week having trouble with our caravan lights. He couldn't fit us in but was really helpful and gave us time and advice over the phone. Thank you.

We cannot praise Beesmart more highly.We had a fault with our fridge on gas, the person who normally services our caravan let us down nearly meaning we would have to cancel our holiday.Someone gave us Beesmart s card , & within 48 hours, Martin sourced  & replaced the faulty part..

Excellent service from beesmart again. Had get switch changed on our motorhome and they had improvise a little bit but as it turned out was actually better than we thought it would be. Friendly bunch of chaps.

We called in today as having trouble with our water pump!! Very happy and surprised when Martin said he could look at it now for us. Friendly,knowledgeable and very approachable.
Well 10 minutes later the pump was off and a new one was fitted and working better than ever.
